Frequently asked questions

Will the fabric feel hot or sticky against my skin?

StaySleeve is made from lightweight polyester pongee. It feels thin and smooth rather than padded or insulated. If you naturally sleep very warm, you can also open the side zipper for more airflow.

Will I get tangled up if I move around in my sleep?

StaySleeve is designed as a rectangular sleep layer with a side zipper, so you can get in and out more easily and reposition yourself during the night. Like any enclosed liner, very active sleepers may still need to readjust occasionally.

Can I still use the hotel duvet or blanket over it?

Yes. StaySleeve is your personal layer; it doesn’t replace the bedding already there. You can sleep inside the liner and pull the existing duvet or blanket over you whenever you want more warmth.

Can I use SleepFold on its own or inside a sleeping bag?

Yes. In warm conditions, it can be used on its own as a lightweight sleep layer. You can also use it inside a sleeping bag as a personal inner layer that helps keep the sleeping bag cleaner.

Do I really need StaySleeve if the bedding already looks clean?

StaySleeve isn’t about assuming hotel or hostel bedding is dirty. It’s for travelers who simply prefer having their own familiar, washable layer between themselves and unfamiliar bedding — wherever they stay.
